This is an industrial class flat roof (Warm Roof System) with 20 year warranty. It consists of 2mm torch on felt vapour barrier, 120-160mm Paratorch insulation, 3mm torch on felt roof membrane and 4mm mineral finish flat roof membrane.

This is the best we have used on a house lower pitched extension with Velux roof lights and glass flat roof dome windows.
